Job Description: General Responsibilities (all positions):Plan, coordinate, and supervise all team practices, conditioning, and competitions.Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that supports student-athletes' growth both on and off the field/court.Maintain clear communication with players, families, and school administration.Ensure compliance with CIF-SS, school, and district policies.Oversee assistant coaches and manage equipment and uniforms.Monitor academic progress and eligibility of student-athletes.Attend league meetings, training, and professional development as required.The season runs from January-May of the school year.
