Position Summary
To oversee all coaching and leadership aspects of a model men’s and women’s volleyball program as they relate to academic commitment, supervision of staff and personnel, practice organization and instruction, match preparation, recruitment, scheduling and budget management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Demonstrate respect for the Catholic and Franciscan values of the university.
Demonstrate the ability to relate effectively to student-athletes, coaches, staff, administration and the University community.
Participate in and promote a culture of continuing quality improvement.
Assumption of all coaching responsibilities related to the sport of volleyball.
Assumption of all administrative responsibilities related to the sport of volleyball, including purchase and maintenance of all equipment and coordination of food, lodging and transportation needs....
