Purpose of Position:
The Head Girls' Volleyball Coach will oversee the entire Memorial Girls' Volleyball Program and instruct the varsity high school volleyball team. They are responsible for helping each student-athlete gain success by reaching their full potential in the classroom and on the court.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise the volleyball program coaching staff, including JV/JV2 coaches.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the training of volleyball players in all positions in conjunction with the other coaches.
Develop training plans for volleyball players in conjunction with the other coaches.
Assist in overseeing the running of specific events as needed at home games, as directed by the Director of Athletics and Operations.
Contribute to game line-up planning with other coaches.
Attend and coach at all practices.
