Job Summary:
The athletic coach is responsible for developing and executing athletic programs that foster student-athletes' skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. This coach will provide instruction, leadership, and support to the team while promoting the physical, emotional, and social development of each student-athlete.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous coaching experience or significant playing experience.
Ability to teach and demonstrate sport techniques and strategies effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work with and motivate school-aged students.
Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
Strong understanding of the sport rules and sportsmanship.
