Primary Function: The Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing student-athletes on the Junior Varsity Volleyball team. This role includes planning and implementing training programs, organizing competitive play, and fostering a positive and competitive team environment. The coach will work closely with players, assistant coaches, and school administration to ensure the team’s success both on and off the court. Qualifications: Previous coaching experience, particularly at the high school or collegiate level. Strong knowledge of Volleyball techniques, strategies, and rules Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
