POSITION PURPOSE: The Numeracy Coach will empower teachers by working directly with all stakeholders to bring about improvements in the classroom/school that will positively impact student achievement.  The work of the numeracy coach will be based on scientifically based research and content knowledge. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist teachers in analyzing data in order to provide differentiation, track trends, support instructional decisions and plan lessons. Work with teachers to create and interpret formative and summative assessments.
