ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Stay up-to-date with NMAA rules and regulations. Maintain inventory and equipment. Manage and explain expectations to athletes. Collaborate with other coaches. Maintain the physical files and paperwork of all athletes and meet deadlines. Demonstrate and manage the appropriate behavior and sportsmanship expectations of athletes. Manage and build rapport with athletes as well as parents. Attends all practices, track meets, and games. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Possess or be willing to acquire an NMPED coaching license.
