Job Responsibilities: Assist the Varsity Head Coach with the Girls Softball Program. Assist with developing and training student-athletes to participate in play softball. Assist with the development and execution of an effective training program. Monitor, motivate, supervise, and mentor student-athletes on and off the Field.
