DESCRIPTION Napa Valley College is currently hiring for a part-time, hourly credit Head Softball Coach/Instructor to start immediately in the Spring 2025 semester. The starting salary range is $74.84 - $80.94/classroom hour, with future steps up to $94.69/classroom hour, plus an annual coaching stipend (2024-2025 - $12,410). Part-time coaches receive the coaching stipend during the semester that corresponds with the season of the sport.  Part-time coaches may also receive summer and/or fall session teaching assignments based on course availability and qualifications.  Placement is based on verified previous college teaching, counseling, and/or librarian work experience.
