Job Title:
Junior High Head Softball Coach
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to organize, implement, and supervise a comprehensive junior high softball program.
Prior coaching experience in softball or a related sport preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of softball fundamentals, rules, techniques, and strategies appropriate for the junior high level.
Commitment to continuous professional growth and staying current with coaching best practices.
Ability to serve as a positive role model and mentor for student-athletes through professional conduct, instruction, and leadership.
REPORTS TO:
Athletic Director and/or Building Principal.
SUPERVISES:
May supervise assistant coaches, volunteers, student managers, or support staff as assigned, in coordination with the Athletic Director and Principal.
