POSITION TITLE: Head Coach, Softball DEPARTMENT: Athletics REPORTS TO: Director of Athletics POSITION SUMMARY To provide leadership and direction for all aspects of the Softball program. Plan, implement and evaluate a NJCAA Division III intercollegiate Softball program. Recruit, retain and graduate student-athletes. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
