Assist with developing and training student-athletes to participate in play softball. Assist with the development and execution of an effective training program. Monitor, motivate, supervise, and mentor student-athletes on and off the Field. Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes. Instruct and guide student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. Instruct and guild student-athletes to lead them to the formulation and enhancement of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence. Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and skills development.
