TITLE: Head Coach - 5th/6th Grade Girls Soccer CLASSIFICATION: Extra-Duty REPORTS TO: Athletic Director QUALIFICATIONS: Experience coaching/participating in sports at the high school or collegiate level preferred Prior coaching experience is desirable Knowledge of NFHS, IHSSA, and/or other applicable rules and regulations Knowledge of Basic First Aid and Athletic Training practices Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, coaches, and community while fostering a positive atmosphere Such alternatives to the above as the Administration may find appropriate and acceptable RESPONSIBILITIES: Coaches individual student athletes in mechanics and skills necessary for achievement in competitive sports.
