TITLE: HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL HEAD COACH DEPARTMENT: School QUALIFICATIONS: A valid Arizona Department of Education issued Teaching Certificate (Athletic Coaching 7-12) OR National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) Level 1 Certificate is required for Varsity level coaches but is preferred for other Head Coach positions.  Varsity level coaches must also possess a valid NFHS First Aid, Health & Safety certificate.
