JOB GOAL: To develop and maintain an efficient and competitive athletic program. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. NFHS Concussion Course 2. NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching 3. NFHS Bullying, Hazing & Inappropriate Behaviors Course 4. Head Coaches must also have NFHS Sport-Specific Course and First Aid Course 5. 3+ years of experience preferred. 6. Ability to pass a background investigation 7. Must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field.
