The Part Time Coach Pool role at Ashley Lowery is focused on helping student‑athletes unlock their potential through intentional coaching, structured practice environments, and a strong emphasis on character. This description outlines a position in which the coach is expected to be a planner, a teacher, a mentor, and a positive representative of the school community. Successful candidates bring energy to practices, patience to instruction, and clarity to expectations. Practices form the backbone of the program, and the Part Time Coach Pool is responsible for designing sessions that are purposeful and efficient.
