JOB TITLE: MHS Head Golf Coach - Varsity EMPLOYMENT TERM : Season will consist of approximately 10 weeks and a conference tournament that may require road travel. SUPERVISOR: Athletic Director CLASSIFICATION: Coaching JOB SUMMARY Coaching is a part-time position and is responsible for the planning, promotion and administration of a quality softball program.  Coach will plan and promote athletic practices, schedule transportation, coordinate fundraisers when needed, and other team events. Coach will enforce all school, conference and Arizona Interscholastic Association rules and regulations.  The primary focus of the season will be to improve the middle school softball program and to create a strong foundation of skills and leadership for participants.  Coach will stress Pursuing Victory with Honor principles during practices and games.
