Job Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and supervision of the entire Football Program. Support the Varsity Head Football by assisting with instructing student-athletes in techniques, game strategies, practices, and game day. Strong knowledge of game skills, planning, training, and rules. Assist in designing, developing and executing an effective program. Monitor student-athletes academic performance to ensure they meet eligibility requirements. Motivate, train, and mentor student-athletes on and off the Field. Instruct and guide student-athletes to lead them to the formulation and enhancement of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence.
