Minimum Qualifications: * Has the ability to organize a total football program. This would include our Junior Bulldog, middle schools and high school football programs. * Has previous successful head football coaching experience. * Qualified individual must have substantial knowledge and abilities in all aspects of running a football program at a large comprehensive high school. * The individual must serve as a mentor and role model for student athletes and have the abilities to motivate young athletes. * Must have strong communications skills and the ability to form relationships with all stakeholders in the school, community and program. Makes sure each athlete is cleared from the athletic office to participate in practices and games. Work cooperatively with other head athletic coaches in order to operate a well-balanced athletic program. Collaborate with the Athletic Director and Assistant Coach in preparation of schedules for the team.
