Position Overview: The Menlo College Athletics Department seeks applications for the position of Head Women's Flag Football Coach. This is a full-time, 48-week exempt position and reports jointly to the Assistant Athletic Director and the Vice President for Athletics. The description of responsibilities below is intended to be descriptive but not necessarily all-inclusive. Responsibilities include developing and managing all aspects of the women's flag football program, recruiting student-athletes, scheduling and budget management, supervising assistant coaches, fundraising, and ensuring compliance with NAIA and college regulations.
