Oversee all aspects of tryouts, practices, and games. Develop and execute an effective training program. Motivate and mentor student-athletes on and off the Court/Field. Instruct and guide student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. Instruct and guide student-athletes to lead them to the formulation and enhancement of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence. Foster teamwork, discipline, respect, sportsmanship, and skills development. Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes.
