The coach is responsible for leading and developing a competitive and game-day cheer program within the NAIA, UCA, and NCA. The coach promotes student-athlete success academically, athletically, and personally while representing the institution with professionalism and integrity. The coach will plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the cheer program, teaching and supervising stunts, choreography, sideline and competition routines, fostering a disciplined team culture and ensuring safety through proper training and risk management.
