Lincoln Public Schools is looking for a Cross Country coach to join our program. Apply now. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: Has a shared responsibility of emphasizing the importance of excelling in academics as well as athletics. Has full responsibility for the overall supervision of the program, including junior varsity and varsity teams. Is in charge of assigning all duties of assistant coaches working under his/her supervision. Is responsible for keeping practice periods for the sport within the confines of the time specified by the athletic director and with due consideration to the coaching staff and welfare of participants.
