Responsibilities: 1. Operate the Cross Country program within the philosophy of the school corporation and the IHSAA expectations. 2. Responsible for all squad members from reporting time until departure from school grounds. 3. Ability to assist in all aspects of the program. 4. Follow all guidelines and policies set forth by the school. 5. Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the coach and the administration. Reports To: Building Principal Athletics Director Compensation: Based on ECA Stipend Schedule Qualifications: 1. The preferred candidate will be a licensed teacher. 2. The preferred candidate will have experience working with middle school aged student athletes. 3. The preferred candidate has coaching and playing experience.
