Missouri Valley has two gymnasiums in our High School/Middle School Building which helps ensure teams have plenty of space and flexibility to practice. Missouri Valley also has an Activity Learning Center which is an on-campus facility that is over 20,000 square feet.  It consists of two basketball courts, a two-lane indoor walking track, artificial turf, and batting cages. Missouri Valley has a strength and conditioning teacher who is full time during the school year and creates/runs summer workouts.
