Position Description Head Baseball Coach at Gallatin High School Job Description: Gallatin High School is seeking a dynamic leader for its Baseball Program. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates must have previous coaching experience in baseball. I. NATURE OF POSITION: A. The High School Coach shall be directly responsible to the building principal, but will work through the Activities Director in carrying out his/her assignments. B. The High School Coach shall help each participating student achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, physical development, and knowledge of the game.
