Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective practice plans focused on skill-building, teamwork, and game strategy. Managing substitutions and in-game adjustments and building communication and synergy between players. Instruct student-athletes in the rules, and strategies of volleyball. Consistently model and promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and mutual respect. Treat every player with dignity, fostering a strong sense of self-worth and belonging, while upholding respect for opponents, officials, and spectators always. Ensure all players have a meaningful opportunity to participate and develop in every practice and game. Supervise student-athletes during all team-related activities.
