Engineering a world of possibilities Women’s water polo assistant coach will help the head coach with practice plans, training, game day management and PA credit. Coaches are responsible for creating and implementing practice plans and game plans as well as attending all practices and games. Develop and implement team game plan and communicate this plan to the players Develop each player's potential and encourage excellence in execution and performance Provide positive feedback and post-game analysis to the players Contribute to the recruitment and retention of players Provide leadership and guidance to build and sustain team morale Partner with student club officers on any other or necessary administration of running the club Salary $500 stipend for Spring 26 semester
