Elementary School Boys Basketball Coach
The Elementary School Boys Basketball Coach is responsible for teaching fundamental basketball skills while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and character development. The coach will plan and lead age-appropriate practices, prepare students for games, and create a positive, inclusive environment that supports skill growth and confidence.
Responsibilities include:
* Teaching basic basketball fundamentals and rules
* Emphasizing teamwork, effort, and good sportsmanship
* Supervising students during practices and games
* Communicating expectations with players and families
* Supporting the school's mission and behavioral expectations
Qualifications:
* Experience working with elementary-aged children
* Knowledge of basic basketball skills and game play
* Ability to motivate, manage, and positively engage students
