To view full job description click on the following link: Part-Time Early Childhood Teacher Coach Primary Purpose: Support and coach early childhood teachers with creating a learning environment that will provide high quality school readiness programs across the district. Qualification Guidelines: Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree from accredited university Valid Texas Early Childhood teaching certificate Experience: Minimum of 3 years early childhood teaching experience Instructional coach experience (preferred) Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of early childhood curriculum, guidelines, and instructional methodologies Knowledge of instructional and behavioral strategies Ability to engage teachers in meaningful learning Ability to collaborate with teachers to develop engaging lessons and learning Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
