We are looking to add to our assistants with the right fit of a coaches. Below is what we are looking for to fit within our program. Family, BIG Job, Little Job. Family - Always comes first. I will miss things of my children at times but do my best not too. I encourage you not to miss family related events and such, BUT it needs to be communicated in advance unless emergency. BIG JOB (Off Campus Coaches) - The everyday job the pays the bills. Don't sacrifice you big job for coaching, but find ways to have it balanced. When organized and communicating we can make a lot of situations work.  For me as the head coach I am a football coach who can teach, not a teacher who can coach football. I will put a lot of time into this. It is what got me here. Little Job - This is coaching football. It isn't as important as the first two but HAS TO BE DONE WITH JUST AS MUCH EFFICIENCY. It will expose you if not done the right way. It can't be treated like a hobby. YOU MUST BE GOOD...
