The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, foster positive relationships, and be committed to the development and growth of student-athletes both on and off the court. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the dance program, including practices, games, and development. Monitor and support academic progress. Manage fundraising initiatives, camps/clinics, team events, and community engagement. Supervise and collaborate with coaching staff to ensure program success. Requirements: Must successfully pass background checks. Must obtain Ohio Department of Education coaching certifications.
