Position Summary Under the general direction/supervision of the Athletic Director and Executive Director, assumes responsibility for planning and administering specified sports programs and related activities, including coaching an athletic team and performing other duties directly related to this position description. Duties & Responsibilities Provide coordination and supervision of the sports program and team. Help students achieve gains in athletic skill and team performance. Designs a training program and game program. Organizes and supervises the coaching staff to ensure that the program is properly implemented Develops team rules, communicating them to the players and their parents, and equitably enforces them.
