SUMMARY Teaches and models for Classroom Teachers the most effective, research-based instructional methodologies designed to specifically address the needs of students developing proficiency in a second language.  Works with Principals to promote the best practices for teaching content and language arts to students acquiring a second language, and to ensure that all English Language Learners (ELL) receive English Language Development (ELD) instruction as required.
