JOB DESCRIPTION Baltimore County Public Schools Examples of Duties Program Structure Varsity Head Coach – organizes and administers the program (includes varsity and junior varsity) which he/she coaches under the supervision of the athletic director and school administration. Varsity Assistant Coach – reports to the head varsity coach and performs duties as assigned. Junior Varsity Head Coach – organizes and administers the junior varsity team which he/she coaches under the supervision of the varsity head coach, athletic director, and school administration; assist head varsity coach during playoffs.
