We are looking for a student of the game who understands the fundamentals of baseball. Must have a good understanding of the flow of the game and an ability to see the game in advance. We want a person who can help build the culture of the program. This candidate should have baseball experience and can add to the existing coaching staff. This job is best suited for someone with significant experience in coaching/playing baseball and in developing young athletes while building a strong, positive, and competitive team culture.
